Brazoria County Association for Children’s Habilitation, also known as BACH, is a 501(c)(3) agency that serves children with developmental delays and disabilities such as autism, cerebral palsy, speech concerns, or delayed meeting of milestones. BACH utilizes a multi-disciplinary approach to best meet the needs of the child and the family. Our multi-disciplinary team consists of licensed dieticians, early intervention specialists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, registered nurses, social workers, and speech-language pathologists.
OUR SERVICES
BACH aids children in reaching developmental milestones and goals through individualized care. We have two different programs, Early Childhood Intervention and Buster’s Kids, to assist the child depending on their personal needs and circumstances.
- Early Childhood Intervention – Our ECI program provides evaluations and personalized therapy sessions to children from birth to 3 years of age that live in Brazoria County. Each child’s plan is based on the individual needs of the child and their therapy sessions are held in the child’s natural environment, (home, daycare or other preferred setting). Services include: Occupational, physical and speech therapy as well as feeding and nutrition, specialized skills training, and transition assistance. For more information, click here.
- Buster’s Kids Therapy Clinic Services – Buster’s Kids is BACH’s onsite, outpatient clinic serving children from birth up until their 21st birthday. Our licensed and skilled professional staff, focus on reaching developmental milestones with our sensory room, therapy gym, and smaller specialized therapy rooms. WHO WE SERVE
BACH’s ECI program serves children residing in Brazoria County from birth to 3 years of age. Anyone can make a referral and the process is simple.
BACH’s Buster’s Kids Clinic is open to Brazoria County, surrounding suburbs, and the entire Houston Metroplex. Children from birth up to their 21st birthday can be referred to the program by a physician.
